Developed alongside clinicians, Discovery Orthotics’ Kiddygen is a custom made semi-bespoke insole manufactured from high density EVA designed specifically for use with younger patients. While there is an established design in place, all the features of this device can be altered to accommodate the prescription requirements.

  • Deep supportive heel cup
  • High medial flange
  • High lateral flange
  • Medial Kirby skive
  • Neutral device with the option to have rear foot control built into the device.

EVA information

The above EVA options can be supplied in the following stocked shore ratings, 18/20/40/50/60 as well as a dual density variant of 50/30. The 50/30 EVA gives a strong heel cup and a cushioned forefoot. Should our extensive range of EVA not cover your needs then contact us and we will source the required material.

Each variant of EVA device is available in three lengths, proximal to metatarsal heads, distal/sulcus length and full length. Intrinsic rear foot and forefoot control is available in all forms of EVA devices as needed.
